Tickets

Tour prices do not included entrance to the monuments. The customer must purchase them in advance.

Radio guides

For groups of 7 people or more, radio guides will be required and the price of the visit will rise €1.50 per person.

Reservations and paying the cost of the visit

To make the reservation for private tours, the customer must deposit 50% of its cost. Once this amount has been received, we will send you confirmation of the reservation for the tour booked.

Payment of the outstanding amount will be made one week before the tour begins.

If the reservation is made with less than one week’s notice, the customer must pay the full price of the visit.

All payments shall be made by transfer to the current account that will be provided during the reservation process or by PayGold. PayGold is a payment system through which we will send the customer a link to a secure platform, where he/she will be able to pay for the reservation, the amount outstanding or the full price of the visit, as appropriate.

Meeting point

This will be given once payment for the visit has been received.

The visitor must be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the agreed time. If he/she does not appear at the appointed time, he/she will lose the right to make the visit and the amount paid for it.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 7 days before service: no charge
• Cancellations received between 6 days and 48 hours before the service: 50% of the service shall be billed.
• Cancellations received 48 hours or less before the service: 100% of the service shall be billed.
• If the customer cannot appear at the agreed time and place, he/she will lose the right to a refund of the amount paid.

Visits will take place even during rainy days. Should one tour not take place due to causes beyond control or to unexpected closure of the monument, by extreme or adverse wheather eventes, full amount of tour price will be refunded in the same way as received.
